CISAGO publishes and sells digital products, including eBooks, EPUB editions, audiobooks and other downloadable digital content.
Because digital products can usually be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, they are treated differently from physical goods. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be available and how to request support.
Digital Products
Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, CISAGO products are supplied digitally.
No physical item is shipped for purchases of eBooks, EPUB files, audiobooks or other downloadable products.
Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, downloaded or made accessible to the purchaser, purchases are generally considered final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
When a Refund May Be Available
We may provide a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy when there is a genuine problem with your purchase.
Examples include:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You received the wrong digital product.
- The supplied file is corrupted or incomplete.
- The download or access link does not work and we are unable to restore access.
- A technical problem on our side prevents you from receiving the product you purchased.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Where possible, we will first attempt to resolve technical delivery problems by providing a replacement file, corrected download link or renewed access.
Change of Mind
Because digital products may be delivered immediately and cannot meaningfully be “returned” after access or download, we generally do not provide refunds solely because:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong format without checking the product description.
- You no longer want or need the product.
- You expected content substantially different from what was clearly described on the product page.
- Your personal device or third-party software does not support a clearly stated file format.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Please Check the Product Before Purchasing
Before completing your order, please review the product page carefully.
Product listings may specify information such as:
- Book title
- Product type
- Available file format
- Whether the product is an eBook or audiobook
- Language
- Included files or content
- Delivery method
If you are unsure whether a particular format is suitable for your device, please contact us before purchasing.
Audiobooks
Audiobooks are digital products and are subject to the same general refund principles described above.
If an audiobook file is technically defective or cannot be accessed because of an issue with the supplied file or delivery system, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
Differences in personal preferences regarding narration, voice, pacing, subject matter or presentation do not normally constitute a technical defect.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, contact us promptly.
Where we can verify the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate purchase.
Incorrect or Defective Files
If you believe you have received an incorrect, corrupted or incomplete file, please contact us before making another purchase.
Please provide:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- The title of the product
- A short description of the problem
We may ask for additional information necessary to identify and resolve the technical issue.
Download and Compatibility Issues
Customers are responsible for using devices, applications and software compatible with the file format clearly stated on the relevant product page.
However, if the file itself is defective or the delivery mechanism is not functioning correctly, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working replacement.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made using your payment method without your permission, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the payment method and payment provider involved, additional verification may be required.
You should also contact your bank or payment provider if you believe your payment credentials have been compromised.
How to Request a Refund or Resolution
To request assistance with an order, contact CISAGO using the contact information provided on our website.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Purchase email address
- Product title
- Reason for your request
Providing complete order information will help us review your request more quickly.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Where payments are processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record, refunds may also be subject to that provider’s processing procedures.
Abuse of the Refund Process
CISAGO reserves the right to investigate refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, repeated abuse, unauthorized redistribution of digital products or misuse of the refund process.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
If local consumer protection law gives you rights that conflict with a provision of this policy, the applicable mandatory legal requirements will prevail.
Contact
If you experience a problem with a CISAGO purchase, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute wherever reasonably possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate legitimate order, delivery and technical issues.
